Terms, conditions and access information. Please read these prior to booking your accommodation.
- Please contact us by email or telephone for a quote and to check availability.
- All prices are in British Pounds.
- Linen & towels are included.
- Cottages are available from 4pm on the day of arrival.
- Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on day of departure.
- The property must be used solely by the person making the booking and his/her party.
- The property must be left in the same condition/state of repair it was found.
- In the event of any problem, please let us know and we will endeavour to deal with it as quickly as possible.
- Please report any damage or breakages - the persons making the reservation may be liable for any associated costs.
- We reserve the right to have access to the property, with guest’s knowledge, for repairs, meter reads and inspection.
- The cottage is strictly no smoking.
- Please contact us to discuss access / suitability should you have disabilities.
- A booking will be considered provisional until receipt and clearance of a £100 deposit.
- The balance of any booking should be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
- Late bookings taken within 6 weeks of your holiday start date require full payment at the time of booking.
- In the event of guests having to cancel 6 weeks or more before the start of your holiday - you will forfeit the deposit.
- If you cancel within the 6 weeks before your arrival, you will have to pay the full cost of your holiday if we cannot re-let the acomodation.
- Should circumstances beyond our control prevent the property being available, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment made by you.
- When your holiday deposit is received, these terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted by you.
